- For Rent : Just the Upper Floor Enclosed Events Center with 2 bathrooms & the furniture you need. !!! –$80 A DAY: 9am-6pm. Cleaning fees paid separately.
- Rent the Entire Space with Access to the Outdoor patios, covered bars, fountain, firepit, and fully equipped kitchen. — $185 for 24 hours. Standard 11 am check in, 11 am check out. This rate is for the use of the entire events center inventory. The rental price is negotiable depending on time frame, needs, and the use of the inventory. A Deposit is Required & Cleaning fees paid separately.
THE CATERING AMENITIES & INVENTORY INCLUDE: the USE OF A GIANT COMMERCIAL SIZE KITCHEN WITH 3 sinks and an ADJACENT and connected OUTDOOR counter top bar with a lower level row of sinks. This kitchen bar is the 3rd bar onsite in addition to the wood fire pizza oven area with a wrap around gorgeous wooden bar with barstool seating, plus the mid level full bar with a deep bar sink & close access to dining-right outside the events salon. In the kitchen downstairs there is 1 large commercial oven that fits 4 stainless 2 inch deep trays, there are a total of 4 refrigerators, 1 big freezer, 1 large two level bbq grill with two burners, a large commercial stove with 3 high heat and low flame burners, 2 electric cook tops, a 2 stall bathroom, bar stools, indoor and outdoor tables & chairs, plus plate-ware & seating for a catered gathering of 50 + people. This capacity can more than double if more than 50 people do not need to be seated for a meal.

El Atillo Residents receive a 25% discount on the rental prices. This Events Center is located at the Main Entrance to the El Atillo gated neighborhood near to town.
In one month this space with be rentable as a SUITE as well with the fountain becoming a shower, and there are two sofa beds (one double bed, one single) upstairs in the salon.
